CFO of data-storage company tapped for North Las Vegas finance position
City leaders have tapped Darren Adair, chief financial officer of high-tech Switch Communications, to serve as North Las Vegas’ interim finance director.
Council members are expected to vote on Adair’s appointment Wednesday, two weeks after the surprise departure of city finance chief Al Zochowski.
“I like a more challenging environment,” Adair said Thusday. “(North Las Vegas) needs something different. I can’t tell you I’m bringing in a miracle, but I can tell you I’ll bring something different.”
