Couple praises Carlisle Place
The traditional single-story floor plan is what Cindy Regan said attracted her and her husband, Charles, to their new home at Carlisle Place by Warmington Homes Nevada.
The couple, who recently relocated from Sacramento, Calif. to be closer to their family, said the single-level floor plan immediately caught their attention because of its design, which they described as elegant yet comfortable.
Cindy Regan said their new residence “even resembles the home they moved from in Sacramento,” allowing the couple to quickly feel at home in their new Las Vegas neighborhood.
“The entire layout of our home is similar to our previous home, which we loved,” Regan said.
As an all single-level community, Carlisle Place offers three floor plans that range from 1,271 to 1,428 square feet.
Per plan, they include two and three bedrooms, two baths and direct-access, two-space garages and are priced from the high $100,000s.
“We are so excited that we found a neighborhood of this caliber,” Regan said. “All of the high-level features and amenities that are included make our home feel so luxurious.”

To visit the Carlisle Place sales office, exit Interstate 15 at Blue Diamond Road and travel south to Decatur Boulevard. Make a left on Decatur and a right on Cactus Avenue, then follow the signs to Carlisle Place.
