Dancing EMT reprimanded, Rihanna motivated

Sometimes one’s work can be a drag. So, it’s nice to see people having a good time while on the job.

But even if he’s behind the wheel?

A New Jersey EMT was captured on camera rocking out to Rihanna’s “Pour It Up” while driving an ambulance.

So, what’s the big deal? We’ve all let it loose when a favorite song comes on and we’re cruising down I-15.

Well, EMT Jonathan Williams’ voguing required him to takes his hands off the wheel. The dude’s got some moves, but his employer wished he reserved them for the dance floor.

Williams told CBS New York, “I was out of service and heading home. I’d never do that with a patient on board.”

Unfazed by the controversy, Rihanna gave Williams a shoutout to her 35 million followers on Twitter.

“This Paramedic guy just reminded me why God sent me here! I can’t stop now! Not now, not nevah!!!!”

No matter Rihanna’s popularity, Williams was reprimanded for his one-man dance off. But at least he got a little love from a pop star.

“Totally, utterly flabbergasted,” he said.

I wonder if he’ll start taking requests from patients.
