  Executive chef Geno Bernardo of Nove Italiano at the Palms, 4321 W. Flamingo Road, will teach a cooking class with the theme “Behind Every Kitchen is an Adventure” at noon Jan. 23.   The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is offering the special Buddy Blend through the end of March. Proceeds go to Best Buddies Nevada, which helps people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Buddy Blend is a whole-bean coffee with a caramel aroma, creamy body, walnut flavor and smoky finish. The company has 14 locations in Southern Nevada.
