Roy, Colin and Sean are "those guys" who spent two years perfecting the dough for their thin-crust, hand-tossed pizza. That’s not all. The pizza sauce is made with imported Italian tomatoes, and certified Angus beef rib eye goes into the cheesesteak sandwiches. "Those guys" are also making their own bacon and fresh mozzarella. Several specialty pies are Spicy Italian Red (sausage, bell pepper, broccoli rabe, garlic, chili flakes), BBQ Chicken, Veggie, Greek (feta, roasted tomatoes, mozzarella, roasted artichokes, red onion, spinach), Maui Wowie, Shroom with wild mushrooms and goat cheese, and Meat Pie with meatballs, sausage, pepperoni and bacon. Sandwiches include cheesesteaks (original, Caesar, Pizza, Italian, chicken), chicken po’ boy, meatball and The Little Sexy with sausage, pepperoni, garlic, onions and pepperoncini. There are chicken fingers and wings with a variety of sauces, desserts (Cinnamon Poppers, Maple Mascarpone Cheesecake) and salads such as spinach, Caprese, Caesar, spinach and Lake Side with mixed greens, arugula, spinach, tomatoes, shallots, smoked almonds, dried cranberries, goat cheese and balsamic vinaigrette. Pizzas start at $12 and sandwiches at $9. Those Guys Pies is open daily from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. – Jack Bulavsky
