The Solare is 1,154 square feet with three bedrooms and two baths. The floor plan, which starts at $179,900, offers open living and dining rooms.

The premium package includes new carpet; faux hardwood flooring; Frigidaire stainless-steel kitchen appliances such as refrigerator, flat-top stove, microwave, dishwasher; granite countertops in kitchen and bath; maple cabinetry; 41/2-inch baseboards; raised-panel doors; ceiling fan in master bedroom; plumbing fixtures and electronic thermostat.

“Our seller’s incentives include 3 percent of the total sales price with preferred lenders which can be used to pay closing costs, buy-down the mortgage interest rate or prepay homeowners’ association dues,” Knowles said. “In real dollars, the incentives could range from $4,897 to $5,397 at these prices.”

Buyers can move in with a 1 percent of purchase price earnest money deposit, according to Knowles. For 30-day purchases, the developer will throw in the first year’s homeowners association dues up to $1,788, Knowles said.
