Duhamel wins the World Series of Poker

Canadian Jonathan Duhamel has won the 2010 World Series of Poker Main Event Championship at the Rio. He earns $8.9 million.

Duhamel, 23, a resident of Quebec, becomes the first Canadian to win the the $10,000 buy-in No-limit Hold’em World Championship.

John Racener of Florida finished second and earned $5.5 million.
