DVDS: Carrie on at a Saturday ‘Sex and the City’ bash

  Didn’t we just leave this party? Seems like only yesterday that everybody was busy celebrating "Sex and the City’s" theatrical release. But wait … that was way back in May! So it’s time to cheer the hit movie’s imminent DVD release (it shows up Sept. 23) with another bash …  this one scheduled from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday (Sept. 20) on the Esplanade at Wynn Las Vegas.
  In addition to the obligatory champagne (what, no cosmos?), music and mingling, fashions from the movie will be displayed at the Esplanade shops — including Carrie’s famed Vivienne Westwood wedding gown, plus the Judith Leiber cupcake purse. And, naturally, there will be Manolos. (Especially with a Manolo Blahnik shoe shrine — oops, we mean boutique — conveniently located at the Wynn Esplanade.)
