Eldorado Heights offers Pardee’s GenSmart Suite

The gated neighborhood offers seven floor plans and the builder’s new GenSmart Suite concept. Prices start from $259,950.

The GenSmart Suite provides a unique, private entrance and living area to accommodate multiple generations that may be living together under one roof, according to Pardee Homes’ Regional Sales Director Rob Tuvell.

The GenSmart Suite is offered on the single-story Plan One and two-story Plan Three and Plan Four at Eldorado Heights, where floor plans range from 2,385 to 4,241 square feet with as many as seven bedrooms and as many as five baths. Floor plans include kitchen islands, game rooms and a four-car garage.

Each of the two-story designs offers a downstairs bedroom, and Pardee will offer its optional 12-foot glider window package on the covered patio on select plans.

Eldorado Heights also features Pardee’s exclusive LivingSmart brand with standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes, Tuvell said.

The single-story Plan One measures 2,385 square feet with four bedrooms, or optional den instead of a fourth bedroom, three baths and a three-car garage.

Plan Two measures 3,253 square feet with four bedrooms, loft, game room, three baths and a three-car garage with several flexible floor plan options.

Plan Three measures 3,681 square feet with as many as six bedrooms, 3½ baths, three-car garage and the GenSmart Suite on plans 3-XA, 3-XB and 3-XC.

Plan Four measures 4,001 square feet with as many as seven bedrooms, 4½ baths and a four-car garage. The plans 4-XA, 4-XB and 4-XC measure 4,241 square feet with the GenSmart Suite included and three-car garage instead of the four-car garage.

To visit, take the Las Vegas Beltway north to the Aliante Parkway exit. Travel south on Aliante Parkway to Deer Springs Road, turn left onto Deer Springs and travel east to Gentle Brook Street and turn right. The model homes and sales office are at 1788 Gentle Brook St.

The Eldorado community features many nearby recreational opportunities, including Seastrand Community, Eldorado and Aliante’s Nature Discovery parks. Established schools, retail, dining and services are nearby, including the Aliante Library.

All Pardee Homes’ sales offices and model homes are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday.

Through two new programs, Pardee is helping homebuyers.

Offered exclusively for Pardee home buyers in this market, Smart Move Advantage, an independent company, will rent a qualified buyer’s existing home for as long as three years.
