Ensign: “We need to get control on out-of-control spending”

In a Senate speech today, Sen. John Ensign, R-Nev., said the federal government should take cues from Nevada, which is "making some tough choices" to control spending, rather than laying out hundreds of billions of dollars trying to rebuild the economy.
