Former Washington resident purchases Hyundai at Sahara
Sean Bell sold his Mazda Miata in 2007. He lived in Seattle at the time and didn’t need traditional transportation.
Only four days after moving to Las Vegas, the 31 year-old Bell walked into Planet Hyundai Sahara and purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata after meeting with sales agent Tony Fisher.
“I didn’t need a vehicle in Seattle,” said Bell, who is the director of marketing for Richard Harris Law Firm in Las Vegas. “In Seattle, I’d ride my bike, take public transportation or ride with others.”
“But I couldn’t do that in Las Vegas. When I arrived, I rented a Hyundai at McCarran Airport and liked what I found. The car felt nice, so I thought I’d stop in at Planet Hyundai Sahara and learn more about it.”
Bell’s experience with the rental car along with his meeting Fisher at the front door resulted in his buying a 2013 Hyundai Sonata.
“I researched the Sonata and saw good things especially with regards to the leasing program. I am a sports car kind of a guy and I just felt it was time to grow up and get something a little smoother with a better ride. The Sonata drives nicely and it’s a very good-looking vehicle.”
The 10-year, 100,000 mile power train warranty and the five-year, 60,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty make the purchase that much better, Bell said.
The new Las Vegas resident likes his vehicle and he said he is also a big fan of the city.
“I like it here,” Bell said. “Right when I arrived here, I moved into a really nice condo with a beautiful view of the Strip. A couple of days later, our company Christmas party included seeing Penn and Teller along with dinner at the VooDoo Steak House at the Rio.
“Just as great is the fact that I also now have last-minute tickets to the American Country Awards at Mandalay Bay,” Bell said. “I can already tell that there is no shortage of things to do in Las Vegas.”
