Harmony offers $8,000 credit to new homebuyers
Harmony Homes is offering an $8,000 credit to new homebuyers in select Southern Nevada neighborhoods. Home buyers have the option of using the credit for upgrades, closing costs or buying down their interest rate. With subdivisions in all areas of the valley, Harmony Homes offers dozens of floor plans starting in the low $100,000s.

According to Gorman, homes in Harmony Pointe offer value with homes starting at $72 per square foot.
