Las Vegas food industry personal gathered at the Bellagio to attempt the Guinness world record for uncorking the most bottles of wine simutaneously on Wednesday, Feb. 29, 2012. The event, which kicked off the 2012 Vegas Uncork’d by Bon Appetit, set a record of opening 308 bottles of wine in 30 seconds.
