Lennar promotes two-story designs
Homes at Lennar’s Stoneridge neighborhood in the northwestern valley features stainless-steel General Electric kitchen appliances, including side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, self-cleaning gas range, dishwasher, over-the-range microwave and washer and dryer.
Also standard are Silestone hard-surface kitchen countertops and upgraded raised-panel maple cabinetry with hidden hinges, as well as a prewiring package for telephones, cable TV, ceiling fans and high-tech CAT-5E wiring and ceramic-tile entry.
The master suite features cultured-marble vanities, ceramic-tile surrounds at the shower and tubs and a 42-inch-tall full-width vanity mirror.
Also, each home is accented by a professionally landscaped front yard with a drip irrigation system.
The aforementioned features are all included standard in residences priced from the mid-$200,000s, the builder said.
Four two-story designs are available at Stoneridge. The Somerset is the largest floor plan, measuring 2,161 square feet and providing three bedrooms, two baths and a second-floor bonus room. The main floor has an open great room that includes a formal dining room with built-in desk. A breakfast nook backed by decorative bay windows accents the L-shaped kitchen.
Upstairs, the home’s three bedrooms are accompanied by a bonus room designed for family play and entertaining. The master bedroom has two closets offering storage space. The master bath offers double sinks, an oval garden tub as well as a glass-enclosed shower.
The three-bedroom Shilo model measures 1,659 square feet and contains a main-floor great room highlighted by a pop-out wall area that creates space for a media niche.
The L-shaped design of the kitchen maximizes floor space. A walk-in pantry is located adjacent to the dining room. The main floor also includes a powder room and a coat closet with additional under-stairwell storage.
The second floor features a master suite, laundry room, two additional bedrooms and a second bath. All bedrooms feature walk-in closets.
The Lucera model offers four bedrooms and two baths within its 1,779-square-foot floor plan. The first floor provides an open living area and adds a den that can be used for a media room, home office, computer center or children’s play area. The second floor features the master suite, three additional bedrooms and a bath.
The 1,860-square-foot Dakota model is a two-story floor plan.
Selected homes are available for immediate occupancy and sales incentives will be offered, according to the builder.
