Lennar’s White Horse South offers 120 luxury residences on large lotsw

Lennar’s White Horse South is a collection of 120 luxury residences that measure more than 5,000 square feet and sit on home sites spanning one-third to one-half acre.

The gated neighborhood is located at Torrey Pines Drive just north of Elkhorn Road in the northwestern valley and features a park offering views of the nearby mountains.

“The allure and the natural beauty of the setting is impossible to ignore,” sales agent Sylvia Levy said.

Five two-story residences range from 3,911 to 5,037 square feet. The Energy Star-certified homes have three-car garages.

The homes include upgraded stainless-steel appliances, cabinetry with crown molding and granite kitchen countertops that are professionally color- and style-coordinated.

Paver stones at driveways and front walkways and stone facing accents on selected home elevations are also standard amenities.

“Even in our ultra-luxury communities like White Horse South, our home buyers appreciate the fact that so much is included in the home’s price at no additional cost,” Levy said.

Floor plans at White Horse South include the Bel Air with 3,911 square feet, the Pinehurst with 4,459 square feet, the Turtle Bay featuring 5,000 square feet and the Pebble Beach with 5,037 square feet. Prices start in the $700,000s.

The Pinehurst has five bedrooms and four baths. A study is located off the foyer and the design also includes a main-floor bedroom with private bath.

The second floor features a second den or study. The master bedroom, bath and retreat, which dominate the entire length at the rear of the home, are accented by a private veranda overlooking the backyard.

The front elevations and varied rooflines also give the home a distinctive styling, Levy said.

The Turtle Bay’s main-floor master suite is two stories with a staircase that leads to an open library retreat located on the second floor overlooking the suite. The home has five bedrooms and three baths.

The 5,037-square-foot Pebble Beach features four bedrooms, three full and two half-baths and two laundry rooms. The residence also features a courtyard entry with a fireplace. The main floor features an open great-room living area with a formal dining room.

The second floor sports a 2,451-square-foot bonus room/game room that dominates the second floor.

Also featured on the second floor are three secondary bedrooms, two baths, a second laundry room, storage and a separate media room.

The 3,911-square-foot Bel Air floor plan offers four bedrooms and three baths. The design puts the majority of its square footage on the main floor.

“It’s rather like a single-story home with an incredible mezzanine with 725 square feet that offers a game room with a full bath, a closet and private veranda,” Levy said. “The first floor, the main living part of the home, is about 3,163 square feet – so think of the Bel Air as a single-level home with two stories.”

The 4,498-square-foot Thousand Oaks floor plan features iron-trimmed verandas at the front and back of the home. There are also covered patios at the front and back of the house.

Interior highlights also include a main-floor bedroom and bath and a second-level master suite. The plan includes five bedrooms and three baths.

To visit, take the northern Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway to Jones Boulevard, exit north on Jones Boulevard to Elkhorn Road, then west on Elkhorn to Torrey Pines Drive, turn north on Torrey Pines to the model homes.

The sales offices are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when they close at 3 p.m. For more information, call 395-6363 or visit lennar.com.
