Madeira Canyon home to The Club and its amenities
The Club at Madeira Canyon offers new homes starting from the mid-$300,000s.
The guard-gated enclave is within the 487-acre master-planned community of Madeira Canyon in the southern portion of Henderson.
Madeira Canyon offers an elevated location, along with a host of amenities including walking trails, an arroyo and a 19-acre community park with lighted ball fields, sports courts, splash pad and play equipment. Nearby is Wallin Elementary School, shopping and entertainment, restaurants, golf and parks.

Homes at The Club range from 2,354 to 4,574 square feet, offering as many as five bedrooms, 4½ baths, two- or three-car garages, great, game and media rooms, dens and lofts.
The homes come with standard features including granite kitchen countertops, Whirlpool appliances, tile flooring, covered patios and front-yard landscaping.
They also come with Del Webb’s special “Greenbuilt” features, assisting homeowners with conserving energy and saving money, Lee said. Greenbuilt features include blown-in insulation, low-e windows, tankless water heaters, 15 seasonal energy efficiency ratio rated air-conditioning systems and Energy Star appliances.
Homeowners have access to a private community center complete with fitness center, exercise, massage, conference and multipurpose rooms, kids club and teen lounge with computers and a large-screen television. Outside, residents also can take advantage of a resort-style pool and spa, tennis courts and a basketball court.
Community social events include themed pool parties, movie nights and restaurant samplings. Residents may also schedule services such as massage therapy and tennis lessons.
