In terms of snow accumulation, Winter Storm Jonas is quickly earning itself a place among what New York Mayor Bill de Blasio called “New York City’s ‘top five snowstorms’ in recorded history.”
However, residents in New York City aren’t letting a little snow keep them from having a good time.
