This burger served at Michael Mina’s casual new restaurant has chunky peanut butter under the beef patty and cheddar and bacon jam on top, finished with potato chips inside the bun for extra crunch, $17.

With bacon and jalapenos adding a decided kick to the old-school peanut butter and jelly, it’s part of the $35 all-you-can-eat brunch Saturdays and Sundays.

Peanut Butter Cup Milk Shake

Layers of creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate streak through the hand-dipped milkshake, which is topped with whipped cream and peanuts, $2.79 to $4.75, depending on size; half-price from 2 to 4 p.m. weekdays.

Peanut Butter Panna Cotta

The cool, creamy dessert is topped with chocolate gelato and finished with Nutella and toasted hazelnuts, $9.95.

Peanut-butter-infused ice-cream pie is topped with chocolate sauce, $9 (available in a smaller version at the resort’s Burgers &Brews, $7).
