Pardee Homes to open Durango Ranch Feb. 18
Pardee Homes’ planned Durango Ranch community will feature single-story plans that range from 2,972 to 4,142 square feet on one-third-acre home sites.
Scheduled to open Feb. 18, Durango Ranch is located near the southeast corner of Durango Drive and Pebble Road in the southwest valley. The community’s three single-story plans offer as many as five bedrooms, large family kitchens and master baths. Detached casitas, four-car garages and RV parking pads are also available.
The 2,972-square-foot Plan One features three bedrooms, office or optional fourth bedroom, great room, dining room and expanded two-car garage.
Plan Two measures 3,400 square feet with three bedrooms, office or optional fourth bedroom, game room, great and dining rooms, covered patio or optional Nevada Room, an enclosed area, and expanded two-bay garage.
Plan Three at Durango Ranch measures 4,142 square feet with four bedrooms and den and options for a fifth bedroom or office, dining, game and great rooms, optional Nevada Room at the covered patio and expanded two-car garage.
“These are truly some of the largest single-story plans we’ve offered in nearly a decade, when we built Big Sky Ranches also in the southwest valley,” said Rob Tuvell, Pardee Homes’ regional sales director.
The Durango Ranch team includes construction superintendent Carlos Zuluaga, sales representatives Charlene Aiello and Jessica Lewis and customer service representative Jim Rampa, all longtime Pardee employees.
