Chestnut Hill features four two-story floor plans and home sites that average 4,200 square feet. The homes range in size from 2,159 to 2,896 square feet. Prices are from $366,950 to $423,950.

Residence One measures 2,159 square feet with up to four bedrooms and a two-car garage.

Residence Two measures 2,432 square feet with up to five bedrooms, two-car garage, living and dining areas, entry and family room and kitchen.

Residence Three measures 2,221 square feet with up to four bedrooms, three baths and a two-car expanded garage.

Residence Four measures 2,896 square feet with up to five bedrooms, three baths and expanded two-car garage and loft in lieu of a secondary bedroom.

Highgate is a collection of upscale one- and two-story homes that measure 2,221 to 3,413 square feet with home sites that average 6,600 square feet. Prices range from $419,450 to $521,950.

“Highgate is an exciting new product line featuring spacious floor plans in Spanish Colonial, Country European and Prairie Ranch elevations with such features as courtyards, dens, optional casita, studio, loft, optional workspace, parlor and optional extended great room,” said Pardee Homes regional sales director Rob Tuvell.

Residence One measures 2,221 square feet with three bedrooms, two baths, a three-car garage, kitchen and great room, dining room and master bedroom and bath in a single-story design.

Residence Two measures 2,650 square feet with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, den, two-car garage plus one-car swing garage in a single-story design with a courtyard. Additional features include a den, family room that opens to the kitchen and living/dining room area.

Residence Three is a two-story home measuring 2,786 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, loft and two-car expanded garage. An optional casita or studio is available on Plan Three X at select home sites.
