Rebels’ injury report smaller than usual

There were 19 names on the list, seven fewer than last week. Seven players are probable for Saturdays 5 p.m. football game at San Diego State, and only defensive end Preston Brooks (leg) is questionable. No player is doubtful.

The other 11 are out, one fewer than last week. Most, if not all, of those injuries are long term.
