UFC fighter Tito Ortiz, hosting Friday’s party at Tao Las Vegas (Venetian) to celebrate his appearance on hit TV show, "Celebrity Apprentice." Ortiz and girlfriend/adult entertainment star Jenna Jameson dined with seven friends at Tao Asian Bistro before heading upstairs to Tao nightclub. Also at Tao nightclub: UFC fighter Quinton "Rampage" Jackson and "Beacher’s Madhouse" creator Jeff Beacher.
Actress/singer Mandy Moore, checking out Pure nightclub Friday inside Caesars Palace. Moore was at Pure to see reported beau DJ AM spin at the venue. Also at Pure: Kansas City Chiefs running back Larry Johnson, MTV reality stars Brody Jenner and Frankie Delgado, hosting the evening’s party.

Spade was also spotted dining with friends at Koi restaurant (Planet Hollywood Resort).
UFC fighter Dan Henderson, doing a Meet ‘N Greet with fans Friday at Dick’s Last Resort (Excalibur). Henderson was joined by UFC cover model Anne Rivera.
Guitarist Richie Sambora of rock group Bon Jovi, having a private, impromptu tasting with 15 friends Friday at Ago restaurant (Hard Rock Hotel). Sambora and Ago creator Agostino Sciandri are friends, which led to Sambora’s group getting a sneak peak of the venue. Ago opens December 30 at the Hard Rock Hotel.
Sambora was also spotted at the Planet Hollywood Resort show, "Stomp Out Loud," on Wednesday with his family.
