A Tuesday afternoon crash involving a tractor-trailer was delaying traffic in the central valley, the Nevada Highway Patrol said.
The crash happened at 12:22 p.m. at the intersection of West Washington Avenue and the Interstate 15 south exit ramp, trooper Loy Hixson said.
Traffic was still delayed in the area just after 2 p.m., Hixson said.
