Tuscan Cliffs provides semi-custom homes with master bath upgrades
Ultra-luxury is the theme of master baths in all four model homes at Tuscan Cliffs, a guard-gated neighborhood of customizable residences located within Southern Highlands, sales agent Michael Goeth said.
Utilizing Pacific Southwest Development’s designer-coordinated amenity packages, homeowners receive free consultation and recommendations on the thousands of options and upgrades available throughout the homes. Among the most indulgent rooms in each home is the master bath, where options abound to help residents unwind and relieve the stresses of the day, according to Goeth.
“The master bath is designed as a resort-style retreat in each one of our models,” Goeth said. “The Villa de Rafael model has been one of our most talked-about, with its large framed mirrors, river bath and vertical spa.”
Each master bath at Tuscan Cliffs is offered with standard vanities, granite countertops and his and her closets.
“In the Villa de Rafael, we take that one step further with a Kohler-brand river bath that has a sheer descent waterfall and measures a full 75 inches,” Goeth said.
This master bath also features a Kohler vertical spa in the shower. The vertical spa combines a rain shower effect with multiple shower heads positioned vertically on the walls.
“I liken it to an automatic car wash effect, in that water sprays from the ceiling as well as the walls of the shower. It provides an extraordinarily relaxing and therapeutic experience,” he said.
Each master closet at Tuscan Cliffs can be personalized to its residents’ lifestyles.
“We work with one of the most sought-after closet designers in Las Vegas, Efficient Space Planning,” Goeth said. “They can customize each closet with anything from lockable jewelry drawers and safes to glass-enclosed shoe racks and seasonal clothing racks.”
Each master bedroom in the homes is offered with his-and-her closet space.
“This allows further customizing to each resident’s tastes,” Goeth said.
Many visitors to the models mistake the master baths’ framed mirrors for art pieces.
“The framed mirrors add to the decadence of the baths and truly do look like art pieces,” he said.
Tuscan Cliffs features Tuscan-style homes available in more than 50 configurations. Four floor plans range from 4,328 to 5,441 square feet. Various design options can bring the homes to 6,000 square feet. Each of the available floor plans emphasizes indoor-outdoor combinations with an emphasis on opening living rooms, dining rooms and kitchens to the courtyard and patio areas, Goeth said.
Inside, the homes provide choices for flooring, countertops, cabinets, plumbing fixtures, appliances, stair railings and other items that come in a variety of materials, colors, finishes and styles.
New residents receive a one-year social membership to the Southern Highlands Golf Club, upon application approval, Goeth said. The club includes a social calendar, spa, resort-style swimming pool and other facilities.
A total of 155 luxury estate homes are planned, each on a home site measuring at least one-quarter acre. Premium lots, including some measuring half an acre and others built into the hillsides with city views, are also available.
Standard amenities include paverstone driveways, sand-finished stucco exteriors, stainless-steel appliances, exterior stone veneer, 42-inch maple cabinets, granite countertops, 6-foot garden tubs, wood-clad Andersen windows and Kohler plumbing fixtures.
Options are available for nearly every aspect of the home, including structured wiring systems and media networks, swimming pools, as well as decorator touches throughout.
In addition, each residence qualifies as an Energy Star home, saving owners on heating and cooling expenses while providing a quieter, more environmentally friendly home, Goeth said.
Base prices range from $1,105,990 to $1,265,990.
