Tuscany offers single-story homes

“We have several one-story homes in Terrazzo,” Forsyth said. “They are beautiful homes, all of which have open floor plans.”

Terrazzo Residence 2107, named for its square footage, is a single-story design of two bedrooms, three full baths, great-room area and an optional den or third bedroom.

The home includes a two-car in addition to a courtyard-style patio.

Features of the home include sliding glass doors, arched hallways and a center island in the kitchen.

Tuscany’s model home communities offer single-, two- and three-story homes with lofts. Ranging from 1,724 to 4,392 square feet, prices begin in the low $300,000s.

Buyer incentives are available, according to Forsyth.

“For all the amenities you get, the homeowner’s association fee is small,” she said. “The guard-gated entry is staffed 24-7 and the recreation center will soon be open with approximately 35,000 square feet of room for activities, working out and fun.”

The recreation center, La Vita Tuscana, is near completion and will include a basketball court, two racquetball/handball courts, fitness room, meeting rooms, card room, billiards, tennis courts, lap pool, lagoon pool, children’s play area and picnic area. La Vita Tuscana’s interior design is in keeping with the community’s Italian-inspired theme.

When the Tuscan themed master-planned community is complete, its 18 distinct neighborhoods will be anchored by the 18-hole, Ted Robinson Jr.-designed golf course, bringing together as many as 6,000 residents in as many as 2,000 homes.
