UNLV linebackers coach & recruiting coordinator Brent Guy leaves for Tulsa
UNLV linebackers coach and recruiting coordinator Brent Guy has left to become Tulsa’s defensive coordinator and linebackers coach.
Guy spent just one season at UNLV, but because he was only a position coach after having served in a higher capacity elsewhere, his departure was not unexpected.
He was Utah State’s head coach from 2005 to 2008, and Guy was the defensive coordinator at Louisville in 2009, Arizona State from 2001 to 2004 and Boise State from 1998 to 2000.
There was no immediate word from UNLV on a replacement.
