What if “none” won?
Mickey Kaus of Newsweek ponders a twist on "None of these Candidates" as a ballot choice in Nevada.
Under Nevada law, the candidate who came in second would be elected.
But in an alternate version proposed by MSNBC host Dylan Ratigan, if "none" were to win … "they’d have to run the election over again, with new candidates," Kaus writes.
"In effect, this would be like Nevada’s system, but with real consequences," he writes.
