You know it’s a bad day when a guy with the emotional stability of Jim Rogers calls you unbalanced. In what can only be called an over-the-top rant, University Chancellor Rogers basically did just that to Nevada Gov. Jim Gibbons.

Rogers called Gibbons “greedy, uninterested, unengaged.”
