The city of Las Vegas wants to annex 872 acres of land that would affect more than 1,500 property owners including the J.R. Pony Farm. Being annexed would mean regulations that could force the owners to get rid of animals that they use to educate visitors. For Roberts, it means losing a way of life she has loved for forty years.
