Las Vegas police officer James Manor was not using his lights and sirens while responding to a domestic violence call May 7, the night he was killed in a traffic collision.
At a news conference today, Clark County Sheriff Doug Gillespie also said Manor was traveling more than 100 mph at the time of the collision.
Gillespie said charges against the other driver are being re-examined in light of the new information.
