Clarification

In the April 26 Summerlin View article “Head-to-head with HOAs,” it should have stated that although the majority of the documents Red Hills residents requested were incomplete, outdated and/or not provided, residents were allowed to copy them; only the Ombudsman’s O ffice kept them from making copies. It also should have stated that the homeowners association manager resigned because of health issues, and fee increases were enacted through proper channels.

Besides teaching math at the Northwest Career and Technical Academy, Mark Jimenez is teaching five online courses to make ends meet for his family, which includes four daughters. He said his frustration with upcoming cuts to Nevada education funding prompted him to start the Facebook group Nevadans for Funding Education in Nevada.
