Pardee Homes debuts Horizon Terrace South in Henderson

Pardee Homes’ Horizon Terrace neighborhood in Henderson is moving south, adding a new floor plan and becoming Horizon Terrace South. Four model homes and the sales center remain off Gibson Road and Horizon Ridge Parkway, just south of the 215 Beltway in Henderson.

According to Tuvell, the location of the homesites for Horizon Terrace South is another advantage for homeowners.

The new Plan Four at Horizon Terrace South measures 2,681 square feet in a design that flows like a single-story floor plan with the added flexibility of the functional second-floor space. Plan Three measures 3,652 square feet with five bedrooms, 4½ baths, loft, great room, game room and two-car extended garage plus storage bay. The 3-X elevation features Pardee’s GenSmart Suite.
