KB Home opens Tevare in Summerlin’s The Paseos village

This year Summerlin will see a boom in development as the 22,500-acre master-planned community expands in the southern and western parts of the Las Vegas Valley.

Tevare, by KB Home in the westernmost village — The Paseos, is the latest neighborhood to join the Summerlin community.

The Energy Star-certified homes offer dens or offices, lofts, covered patios, loggias, miradors, master bedroom suite balcony and a first-floor bedroom option with a private bath.
