Shea3D high-tech home model to debut April 5-6

Ardiente will host a grand opening from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 5-6 with hors d’oeuvres and refreshments. With Shea3D’s YourPlans, homeowners can choose the placement of their kitchen as well as dining, entertainment, outdoor and other living areas. The Shea3D grand opening follows Ardiente’s popular Dusty Shoe Tour that took place March 1. During the tour, prospective homebuyers donned hard hats to get a sneak peek at the entertainment-centric Refresh Shea3D model.

“The initial feedback about our Refresh Shea3D model was overwhelming,” said Kyle Tibbitts, general manager. “Those taking the tour were blown away by how spacious and open this particular plan is, and how easily it lends itself to entertaining friends and family members. If this is any indication … these homes will be snapped up very quickly.”
