Utility work to close lanes on Strip this week

Utility work at transit stops on the Las Vegas Strip will result in temporary lane closures in the early morning hours this week.

The Regional Transportation Commission said Monday that the bus stops on northbound Las Vegas Boulevard will be closed in front of Harrah’s-Las Vegas on Tuesday and Wednesday from 2-10 a.m., and in front of Paris-Las Vegas on Thursday and Friday during those same hours.

Transit service on the Strip will continue through the closures and two travel lanes will remain open.
