DOE-Nevada working group members’ named

WASHINGTON — Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz and Gov. Brian Sandoval this summer appointed a working group of top aides to hash out issues surrounding operations of the Nevada National Security Site.

Members of the group, who held their first meeting last month, were released Tuesday.

Representing Nevada:

—Michon Martin, general counsel, office of the governor

—Leo Drozdoff, director, Department of Conservation and Natural Resources

—Bob Halstead, executive director, Agency for Nuclear Projects

—Ryan McGinness, director of the Nevada Washington office

—Cory Hunt, policy analyst, office of the Governor

Representing DOE:

—Kevin Knobloch, chief of state, Department of Energy

—Dave Huizenga, senior adviser for environmental management

—Brad Crowell, assistant secretary for congressional and intergovernmental affairs

—Frank Marcinowski, deputy assistant secretary for waste management

—Steve Lawrence, manager, Nevada field site
