■ HIGHLIGHTS: At Tacoma, Wash., Erasmo Ramirez shut out the 51s (32-28) on five hits and one walk and struck out seven in seven innings. ... The loss was the 51s’ second in their past 10 games. ... Rich Poythress and Brad Miller drove in four runs apiece for Tacoma (38-25). ... After the game, the Mets recalled 51s outfielder Kirk Nieuwenhuis and designated outfielder Rick Ankiel for assignment. The Mets also called up 51s right-handed reliever David Aardsma.
