Featured sandwiches are Reuben with Gruyere cheese on focaccia, vegetarian with goat cheese and black olive tapenade, turkey with applewood bacon and avocado, and ham and cheese panini on grilled country white bread. Salads are made with a variety of ingredients such as asparagus, beets, cauliflower, almonds, Israeli couscous, wild mushrooms, tandoori chicken, quinoa, fava beans, peas, golden raisins, pickled onions and pine nuts. There is always a soup of the day along with aush, a soup made with greens, beans and noodles.
