THE STRIP GOES PURPLE FOR SPIRIT DAY

The “Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas” sign and Las Vegas Strip marquees went purple for “Spirit Day” on Friday.  Marquees along the Strip and the Caesars Palace fountain went purple to stand up against bullying and rally support for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) youth.
