Henderson City Council meetings to stream online

Anyone with access to a computer now has the ability to watch Henderson City Council meetings as they happen.

The city of Henderson recently began live streaming City Council meetings to make it easier for residents to be involved with their local government.

Henderson City Council meetings are held at 7 p.m. on the first and third Tuesday of the month. The live stream is available on the city's website, www.cityofhenderson.com.

Before the meeting begins, website visitors also can view the agenda and supporting documents.

Meetings of the Redevelopment Agency and Planning Commission also can be viewed via live stream. Minutes and video archives of previous meetings are available, as well.
