■ An article in the Clark County Primary Election Voter Guide in Sunday's Review-Journal listed an incorrect date for the year Republican Assembly District 35 candidate Thomas Blanchard moved to Nevada. He moved to the state in 1988. Also, the name of District 35 candidate James Healey, a Democrat, was misspelled. And the photos of Healey and four other candidates were inadvertently omitted from the guide: Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Steve Brown; Republican 1st Congressional District candidate Chris Edwards; Republican 4th Congressional District candidate Mike Delarosa; and Kalani Hoo, a candidate for North Las Vegas justice of the peace, a nonpartisan race.

■ A caption that accompanied a photo of Nevada State Bank CEO Dallas Haun in the Business section on Tuesday was incomplete. Haun spent 30 years in Southern California before replacing William Martin as CEO. Also, Nevada State Bank's loan portfolio was incorrectly stated; it is valued at $2.2 billion.
