William Lyon takes The Commons into final phase

William Lyon Homes' The Commons neighborhood, which is now in its final phase, offers two-story homes with ample backyard room, according to sales associate Maria Bengtson.

"A family can definitely live comfortably inside each home and there is enough space in the backyard for outdoor living and entertaining. We offer large home sites that range from 'large' to 'huge' with 45- to 60-foot-deep backyards on average, and every lot can fit a good-sized pool," Bengtson said.

The neighborhood features two-story residences with 2,254 to 2,727 square feet, as many as five bedrooms, as many as three baths and a three-car garage. Home sites that accommodate RVs are available. Prices start from $197,000.

"One of our most impressive floor plans is the Plan Three. It's the largest with 2,727 square feet and has a big open great-room design. This home has five bedrooms, including one bedroom on the first floor next to a full bath, which can also make a nice guest room," Bengtson said, adding that structural options include a loft and retreat connected to the second-floor master suite and den.

Two other floor plans are available.

The Plan One model features three bedrooms plus a den, 2½ baths and a kitchen overlooking a dining area and great room in 2,254 square feet; options include a fourth bedroom, loft, third full bath and deck.

Measuring 2,575 square feet is Plan Two. This design features four bedrooms, 2½ baths, and separate dining and family rooms, as well as options for an extended family room or home office, loft and master suite retreat.
