n The city of Henderson plans to offer Haunted at the Ranch from 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 28 at Whitney Ranch Indoor Pool, 1575 C Galleria Drive. The event, which is open to all ages, is set to include swimming, games, bounce houses and a haunted house tour. Carnival of Horrors, on the east side of The District, features a traveling carnival theme with zombie sideshow characters who plan to hand out candy to trick-or-treaters.
