3 Imperial Pride - Logical chalk is also dropping down from MSW to maiden claiming; second start off a 14-month hiatus.

Long Shot - 2 Tiz Golden

Race 2 - 7 furlongs, Purse $75,000, Optional claiming $100,000, 3-year-olds and up

2 Indian Firewater - Could be a Bob Baffert daily double; bounced last time off a giant effort in the Los Angeles.

3 El Martillo - Other half of a Baffert uncoupled entry; could make for a Baffert quinella and daily double.

Long Shot - 1 Preamble

Race 3 - 5 furlongs (turf, rail at 7 feet), Purse $65,000, Optional claiming $25,000, Cal-breds, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up

1 Miss Georgie Girl - Can sit an ideal rail trip behind a sizzling early pace; expect Garrett Gomez to fly home.

7 Cactus Flyer - Should be part of an overheated early pace; will try to be the speed of the speed.

Long Shot - 6 Desparate Measures

Race 4 - 1 mile, Purse $24,000, Claiming $10,000, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up

1 Tripped the Light - The most likely single on the pick 6 tonight; was flattered when Church Avenue won next out.

3 Veillit' - A cast of thousands tried to claim this filly; her prior races are all fast enough to earn a paycheck.

11 Lorenbray - Flattered in last with Mizzen Donald won right back; should improve in her second career start.

4 Warren's Lady - Taking the biggest class drop in racing from MSW to maiden claiming; will try to be the speed of the speed.

Long Shot - 6 Unbridled Thoughts

Race 6 - 1 1/16th miles (turf, rail at 7 feet), Purse $35,000, Starter allowance $16,000, 3-year-olds and up

3 Obsess - With the turf rail out 7 feet, speed holds much better; P Val on the engine, catch him to win.

4 Whirling Thunder - Heavy chalk has a good stalking style to fit any pace; solid turf resume from the Midwest.

Long Shot - 5 Hiatus

7 Pend Oreille - Was overmatched in the Hollywood Juvenile; these are his friends, can pull off a minor upset.

4 Sherman Bartlebort - Sure to be overbet off a NoCal stakes win; not sure who he beat, but he is in top form.

Long Shot - 5 Unhitchthetrailor

Race 8 - 5 1/2 furlongs, Purse $27,000, Maiden claiming $32,000, 2-year-olds

3 Super Candy - Got exercise, nothing else, in the Hollywood Juvenile; can stalk and grind out the verdict late.

7 Ride Captain - FTS from Cash Asmussen barn; been training at Lone Star, debuts here, watch the tote board for clues.
