San Diego man presumed drowned in Colorado River

The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Office in California has released the name of a San Diego resident who is missing and presumed drowned on the Colorado River.

Tyrell Blake, 26, is believed to have fallen out of a boat when it hit a wake about one mile south of Jack Smith Park near Needles early Saturday night.

Efforts to locate Blake's body proved unsuccessful Saturday and Sunday.

Sgt. Tim Lotspeich said Blake was not wearing a life vest and that an accidental death investigation continues.
