William Lyon Homes announces limited-time move-in packages at The Cottages at Centennial Ranch.

Thirteen homes remain in the current phase of the gated neighborhood, located within the Centennial Ranch community in North Las Vegas.

Four designs are available, measuring from 1,335 to 1,776 square feet with three to four bedrooms, 2½ baths, and two-car garages. Front-yard landscaping is maintained by the homeowners' association.

Layton said that the gated neighborhood's design helps create a "sense of community."

"The Cottages is unique," Layton said. "We offer 12 different exterior color schemes and paver-stone driveways that are very charming. It's a very charming community. The folks that live here are friendly and take a lot of pride in their homes. The neighborhood is located in a rapidly developing area near the northern 215 Beltway and offers access to new retail and dining.

To visit The Cottages, take the northern 215 Beltway to Losee Road and travel south. Head west on Centennial Parkway, south on Bruce Street and then west on Azure Avenue, following the signs to the gated entrance.

The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. except Monday, when it opens at noon.

William Lyon Homes is constructing six additional neighborhoods in Southern Nevada where homes measure from 1,514 to 3,068 square feet.
