California man, 62, possibly had heart attack before crash

Authorities have released the name of the La Mirada, Calif., man who died after suffering a medical event while driving in Laughlin on Thursday.

Las Vegas police Lt. Brian Evans said 62-year-old William McCimiul possibly had a heart attack before the 40-foot motor home he was driving rear-ended another vehicle on Casino Drive.

Evans said McCimiul's wife, a passenger, tried to stop the motor home before the crash. Neither she nor anyone in the second vehicle was hurt.
