Sandoval announces energy, conservation appointments

CARSON CITY -- Nevada Gov.-elect Brian Sandoval says he will appoint Stacey Crowley and Leo Drozdoff to cabinet posts in his administration.

Crowley is an architect and leader on green energy sustainability. She will lead the state office of energy.

Drozdoff became acting director of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources earlier this year and will assume the job on a permanent basis in Sandoval's administration. Drozdoff is also former administration for the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection.

Sandoval announced the appointments Monday.
