■ North Las Vegas Library District: Closed

■ Henderson District Public Libraries: Closed

■ Boulder City Library District: Closed

■ Clark County School District: Closed today and Friday

■ College of Southern Nevada: Closed

■ University of Nevada, Las Vegas: Closed

■ Republic Services of Nevada: Regular trash collection; office open

■ Southwest Gas: Open

■ Nevada Power: Customer Service Open 24/7 any day

■ Review-Journal: Delivery as usual; office open

■ Banks: Call individual bank
