Clark County commissioners on Tuesday finalized an agreement with Lee's Runway Liquor, which will operate a store near McCarran International Airport's baggage claim area.
The vendor must submit detailed plans for the store within 90 days. McCarran will get 15 percent of the gross revenue when the shop opens.
The lease is for five years with an option to renew for another five years.
